I have lost the Smart Card / USB Token containing my certificate and cryptographic keys. What action can I take?
In such a scenario, please inform your RA Administrator or contact customer care of Mango CA immediately. The administrator will ensure that your certificate is immediately suspended so that no unauthorized person will be able to access it.
